Notting hill carnival was fantastic I had a brilliant time. This is a picture of the costumes we wore (I'm on the right). I love that every year I can just let loose and have a really great time. We were bonkers enough to head to the MTV Base after party. didn't get there til 1 am and had to queue all the way around the building for an hour. That was not fun. Then it turned out that the club had over booked and the place was rammed full of people. By that point I was tired and out of it I just danced, regardless of what they were playing. I must have looked like I was drunk off my ass. We didn't get in til about 6.30am. I was practically crippled for the next two days after all that dancing and walking and drinking. I still went to work though even if I appeared to be the walking dead.
