I was innocently watching TV when one of those movie promo specials comes on and I find myself vaguely watching it, it's advertising MI3. Since I've see the trailers and you know, Tom Cruise, I was clearly unmoved until they revealed some cast members. Jonathon Rhys Meyers is in this? Really? I wasn't aware that anyone was in this movie apart from Tom Cruise, that fellow from Capote and some stunt guys. I've had a little crush on Jonathon Rhys Meyers ever since I saw him play a deranged, social climbing, sociopath on Gormenghast about six years ago, and I loved him in Bend It Like Beckham. Damn...no I didn't sit through more than fifteen minutes of Match Point I won't sit through this. Its written and directed by one of the guys responsible for Lost? No sorry I'm not going to...Wait, what? Simon Pegg is in it too? Simon Pegg from Spaced, from Shaun of The Dead? Fuck you Hollywood. How dare you? I was perfectly fine ignoring that film and not buying into any of Tom Cruise's tabloid hogging, cult endorsing nonsense and now I am considering paying to see that loons movie. You with your seductive advertising and ridulously pretty people. Now look what you have driven me to, I'm going have to get a life and never watch TV again.
